COST OF THE WATER RESOURCES OF UKRAINE AND ITS REGIONS IN DIMENSIONS OF THE NATIONAL WEALTH

The problems of estimation of the water resources of Ukraine and its regions in dimensions of the national wealth are studied. Methodical principles of the procedure of estimation are 85 Економічні проблеми природокористування formed. The value characteristics of water resources by base indicators for the state and its regions are determined with regard for their real and hidden properties. The analysis and the evaluation of the current cost parameters of water resources in the regional dimension are executed. Some basic directions of the use of value characteristics of the water resources are proposed.
