The study focuses on the theoretical-methodological and practical aspects of the structural interdependence of globalization and regionalization. The author gives her explanation of the process of the multipolar world formation as opposed to the unipolar one. The reader will find the calculated indicators of the major regional integration groupings covering Europe, Asia, North, South America, Africa, as well as thorough description of the economic development of the USA and China. On the one hand, the research examines the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership, striving to sign FTA between the USA and the EU with the purpose of strengthening their joint impact on the world economy in the form of the Euro-Atlantic Center of economic influence, introduced by the USA.
