The rest of the citizens are forced to live in the conditions of war and bear the burden of severe trials and suffering caused by the war. The war is also a global challenge that shook the foundations of the financial and economic stability of the state, changed the priorities of state policy in various fields, and reshaped international relations. At the same time, the war is a chance for society to change the current, insufficiently efficient system of socio-political and economic life in the country. Today, when hostilities continue at the front, it is already necessary to work out a clear algorithm of actions and form own mission and vision for the development of Ukraine, implementing structural reforms in the context of the future European civilizational subjectivity of the state.
