НАУКОВІ ДИСКУСІЇ УДК 336.339 JEL: E42, E52, E58 1Західноукраїнський національний університет, Research ID : http://www.researcherid.com/rid/H-47-2017 ПОВОЄННЕ ТАРГЕТУВАННЯ ІНФЛЯЦІЇ: КЛЮЧОВІ ВИКЛИКИ На період воєнного стану НБУ призупинив таргетування інфляції, але анонсував повернення до нього в найближчий час з усіх можливих моментів. Повоєнна нормалізація монетарної політики в Україні є історично безпрецедентною, оскільки більшість відомих випадків стосується перезапуску грошового обігу і налагодження банківської діяльності, створення центробанку як інституції, що покликана елімінувати макроекономічні передумови внутрішньокраїнних конфліктів. Водночас воєнні конфлікти характеризуються емісійним фінансуванням бюджету, сплеском інфляції і посиленням доларизації, а сеньйораж може бути оптимальною формою компенсації раптової втрати податкових надходжень виключно в обмежених обсягах.
