TO THE PROBLEM OF EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT OF STATE PROPERTY AND ITS INFORMATION-ANALYTICAL SUPPORT


A critical review of the main provisions of the collective monograph “Management of State Property: Methodological and Information-Analytical Support”, edited by I. Mantsurov and O. Rudchenko at the Institute for Systems Statistical Research in 2021. The results of the analysis of processes of reforming the domestic public sector, privatization, monitoring the management of public sector facilities, opportunities to use strategically important for the economy and security of the state enterprises are briefly described and characterized. The article reveals the essence of the main proposals of the researchers on the strategy of public sector reform; the areas for improving the mechanism of management of state property; the features of further privatization from the point of view of its socio-economic efficiency; the methodological provisions for determining the rational size and structure of the public sector depending on the goals and objectives of the country's development; organization of a system for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of public sector facilities management; principles of formation of strategically important for the economy and security of the state enterprises in terms of ensuring their sustainability of the national economy and priorities for its development.
