TO THE QUESTION OF APPLICATION OF THE APPROACHES OF THE “MARSHALL PLAN” IN UKRAINE

The arguments “for” and “against” the application of the Marshall plan” in Ukraine against the background of the “social portrait” characteristic of Ukraine’s society, which would be inclined to the revision of values, are presented.
