LESSONS AND PERSPECTIVES OF THE “MARSHALL PLAN” FOR UKRAINE


The experience of the realization of the Marshall plan in the post-war Europe is considered, and some conclusions about the possibility to use it in the recovery of Ukraine’s economy are made. The specific lessons that should help in a practical realization of the “Marshall plan” are indicated, and the specific organizational steps, which must be performed.
