PERSPECTIVES OF THE FINANCING OF TRANSPORT PROJECTS IN THE FRAME OF INTERNATIONAL FINANCE AID

The analysis of capital investments to subsectors of Ukraine’s transport is carried out, its insufficient financing is demonstrated, and the annual needs in the financing of Ukraine’s transport infrastructure in the future till 2020 are evaluated. A significant attention is paid to the experience of Poland in the development of a system of modern highways, and the contemporary state of the public administration of the development of the transport infrastructure is presented.
